Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions or terms of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). Each day any such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
