NOTICE OF REGISTRATION APPLICATION FOR SCRAP TIRE STORAGE
Silent Properties, LLC dba Green Tire Group has submitted a registration application to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for a proposed scrap tire storage site to be located at 7620 County Road 313, Grandview, in Johnson County. TCEQ rules require the publication of this notice once a week for three weeks. This is the second publication of the notice.
Approval by the TCEQ Executive Director is required before the proposed storage site may begin storage activities. The applicant has filed registration documents with Hon. Christopher Boedecker at 2 N. Main St, Cleburne, in Johnson County, where they can be viewed by the public.
Comments on the application, if any, must be submitted to TCEQ staff within 30 days of the third publication of this notice.

Silent Properties, LLC dba Green Tire Group ha presentado una solicitud de registro ante la Comisiòn de Calidad Ambiental de Texas (la TCEQ) para un sitio de almacenamiento propuesto para llantas de desecho, que estara ubicado en 7620 County Road 313, Grandview, en el Condado de Johnson. Las normas de la TCEQ requieren la publicaciòn de este aviso una vez par semana durante tres semanas. Esta es la seguna publicaciòn del aviso.
Se requiere la aprobaciòn del Director Ejecutivo antes de que el sitio de almacenamiento propuesto pueda comenzar las actividades de almacenamiento. El solicitante presentò sus documentos de registro ante el/la Hon. Christopher Boedecker en 2 N. Main St, Cleburne, en el Condado de Johnson, donde el público puede consultarios.
Los comentarios sabre la solicitud (silos hubiera) deben enviarse al personal de la TCEQ dentro de los 30 dias posteriores a la tercera publicaciòn de este aviso.
