PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Cleburne invites qualified parties to submit expressions of interest for hangar occupancy for Hangar 100 at Cleburne Airport. Occupancy of hangar space must be for aeronautical use only, and must meet the highest and best use for the airport.
Hangar space includes approximately 5,100 square feet of aircraft storage and office space. Offers included in response to this expression of interest shall not be less than $18,350 annually ($1,530 monthly). If interested, please review all submission requirements in the Request for Expression of Interest.
RFEI RELEASE DATE: Monday, December 1, 2025
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Monday, January 5, 2025 @ 2:00 PM CST
QUESTION SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Monday, December 29, 2025, Close of Business
