CITY OF BURLESON
RFP 2026-002 Janitorial Services

Notice is hereby given that the City of Burleson is seeking proposals for City-Wide Janitorial Services. A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM. A site visit is scheduled for December 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The deadline for submission is December 30, 2025, at 2:00PM CST and the bid opening will be virtual at 3:00PM. Microsoft Teams links for virtual events will be posted to Bonfire.

The project includes cleaning a variety of City-owned facilities based on service level agreements and predetermined schedules.

Specifications and Contract Documents for this project shall be available for viewing and download in electronic (PDF) format at the City's e-procurement system, Bonfire https://burlesontx.bonfirehub.com/login (registration is required) at no cost beginning November 29, 2025.

Any interpretations, corrections, clarifications, or changes to this Request for Proposal will be issued via addendum. Addenda will be posted in Bonfire. It is the responsibility of the respondent to monitor the Bonfire website for addenda. Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of each addendum by submitting a signed copy with their submission. Oral explanations will not be binding.

CITY OF JOSHUA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Joshua, Texas will hold a public hearing on August 15, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber located in City Hall, 101 South Main Street, Joshua, Texas. The purpose of the public hearing is for consideration of the adoption of the proposed budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024, and ending September 30, 2025.
